Natalie is a superstar! We had previously talked on LinkedIn and she was even better to talk to in person. Looking forward to talking with her again.

First and foremost, Natalie is kind and passionate about people. Thankful for her availability. However, she didn't work for me because she wanted specifics in a profile that I didn't see as specific. She said my goal was too broad, which was correct. However, human experience, elevating potential and matching talent is also broad, so I believed that starting a conversation would have been helpful to unlock what it was that could have been helpful for me. In my humble opinion, some people walk into a hospital and know they have a broken arm, others have pain and don't know why. Both people need help. I was hoping that Natalie would have started a journey with me for us to discover together how she could help, but that didn't happen.
