I had the pleasure of speaking with Eddie concerning branding and transitioning into the civilian job market. The conversation was very informative with a clear plan of action that I started working on immediately. He identified numerous areas that were not even on my radar as items that can be worked on. Overall excellent information and feedback. Thanks!!!

Highly recommended as a mentor to others. Eddie’s experience and struggles were eye-opening. He provided information and insight that I can use to better prepare myself during my transition. He has a vast knowledge on hiring processes and how to brand yourself.

Eddie is an amazing Veterati mentor! Our session was exactly what I needed at this point in my journey to employment. Eddie is highly experienced and well-versed in a host of issues. The highlight of our conversation was in an exercise where Eddie had me mind map a "sexy" experience I did in the military in order to figure out how to de-militarize some of my experiences into hard and soft skills. The exercise is going to change the way I look at what I thought were non-transferable skills, and provide me with data and information to bolster my resume or profiles. I highly recommend Eddie, but make sure you have a pen and paper available to take notes...he is full of knowledge in all things pertaining to the military transition and hiring process.
